NGC had released its CPSIA Compliance Software, which is designed to streamline all testing processes and ease the burden of the recently enacted Consumter Product Safety Improvement Act. The CPSIA software allows manufacturers and retailers to manage the process of requesting, tracking, approving and sending the General Certificate of Conformit (GCC) and Certificate of Conformity (COC) documents that are mandated by the CPSIA. In addition, the system manages third party lab tests that are required for apparel design and production.
